Mustard baths are a classic therapeutic bath treatment for use during the cold winter months. Especially helpful during the autumn and winter months to help warm the body, soothe muscles, assist circulation, relax, and promote restful sleep. Also used to stimulate sweat glands to encourage perspiration, open pores, and help the body detoxify.


To use: This Bath Therapy is meant to be used before bedtime. Dissolve 1/4 -1/2 cup into your bath, slide in and soak for 20 minutes, breathing in deeply. Once finished, shower to rinse off and rinse the tub. Dry off and immediately slip into some warm PJs and crawl straight into bed. Sweet Dreams! 1 pound bag (454g)

Cautions: May cause irritation. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. Never to be used at any point during pregnancy or by children under the age of 12. Do not use if you have high blood pressure, diabetes, or heart disease.


Ingredients: Epsom salt [magnesium sulfate], Baking soda [Sodium Bicarbonate], Citric Acid, Mustard seed powder [Brassica juncea], Ground Ginger [Zingiber officinale], Tapioca starch, and essential oils of Eucalyptus [Eucalyptus radiata leaf/stem oil], Peppermint Supreme [Mentha piperita], and Rosemary [Rosemarinus officinalis]

  • I bought the So No More Lotion at a vendor event in Forty Fort recently. I have bursitis in my right hip and I’m tired of getting steroid injections every 2/3 months. It works great! I use it a couple times a day and I have almost as much relief as I get from the injections! I’m so happy I tried it!
